Do you offer a free trial?

Is there a mobile app?
Yes. The iOS and Android app provides core fleet management features on the move, including real-time tracking, event notifications, trip history and basic reporting. It complements the web platform.
Can the platform integrate with other software?
Yes. The open API and SDK support integration with ERP, BI, TMS and other business software. JAXICLOUD helps assess how your systems can connect to fleet management.
Can I use my own logo and domain?
The platform supports logo and domain customisation. Contact JAXICLOUD to confirm the available options, setup and terms.
Can mobile apps also be branded?

Can reports be customised?
Yes. Report templates can use relevant tables, charts, periods and vehicles. Reports may cover mileage, fuel, idling, vehicle activity and sensor data, depending on your installed solution.
How often are new features released?

What is the difference between Hosting and a local server solution?
JAXICLOUD Hosting is cloud-based SaaS with server infrastructure managed by the platform provider. A local server solution runs on your own hardware, giving control over data and administration. Hosting can be accessed through a browser and mobile app.

Can I use existing GPS devices or request a new integration?
Existing hardware may be compatible. Send JAXICLOUD the manufacturer and model so we can check. If a new integration is required, we assess the options with the platform provider’s hardware specialists.
Does the platform support video telematics?
Yes. Compatible MDVR devices and cameras can provide live video, event recordings and clips for analysis. Features depend on hardware, connectivity and configuration.
Can the platform help prevent fuel theft or misuse?
Fuel sensors, CAN-bus data or calculated consumption can support monitoring and notifications about suspicious events, such as sudden fuel-level drops. JAXICLOUD helps configure sensors and alerts so you can investigate and control costs.
Can I use a smartphone as a GPS tracker?
Yes. A compatible Android or iOS phone can be used for employee tracking with the relevant app. This can suit mobile staff and couriers. Setup and the necessary location permissions are required.
